The place was clean and staff was polite. The venue was in a central location close to a motorway on one side and a local main road on the other, the airport, sky train.
Wi-Fi was rather slow; quite poor breakfast, a little disappointed.

Superb features and prime location. Make sure you stay in the queen room with the view of the lake. I loved milk, butter, fresh bread and eggs in the restaurant. Beds were really nice and staff were easily accessible.

I appreciated nice service and would come here again. Plentiful breakfast, modern facilities and fast staff. Tried some takeout specials at Tim Hortons, luckily it was just a short stroll away from the venue. Speedy check-in was a bonus.

Outstandingly accommodating staff in the hotel, courteous services. Brilliant location to North Arm Bridge. We used airport shuttle too. Perfect stay, we had all essentials.
Facilities were adequate, however wi-fi was rather slow.
